公司设立质管部和检测中心，设有高压管件和中低压管件两大检测系统，检测功能齐全，检测设备仪器均属国际、国内先进水平，有 X 光探伤、磁粉探伤、超声波探伤、金相分析、化学实验、机械性能实验、冲击实验、水压实验、光谱实验、红外线监控等检测项目。

公司生产的管件产品为国家电力公司产品质量标准研究所、河北省技术监督局监制产品。公司并于 16 年增加三台铸造生产线生产市政以及建筑工程所需的铸铁井盖、雨水篦子，年产值 5 万吨。
